Refund policy
Your satisfaction is our aim. If your product arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations based on the description provided by us, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date and we'll issue a full refund. Please note - we can't reimburse return postage costs unless the return is due to a defect in quality or the product description.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Your rights described in this policy are in addition to the statutory rights to which you may be entitled under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us directly.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or contrary to the description. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, and is defective, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
