A great explorers map of southeastern Australia before 'Victoria' was gazetted from NSW, and referred to by Thomas Mitchell as 'Australia Felix'. The map features exploratory tracks of Mitchell (1836), Hawdon (1838), Eyre (1838-1839), Capt.n Sturt (1838), and Bonney (1839).

Full title: 'A Map of the South and Eastern parts of Australia with the present state fo the knowledge of the Interior derived from the exploration of Major Mitchell, Mess.s Hawdon, Sturt, Eyre & others from New South Wales to Adelaide'.
